What it makes it possible to receive a no-cost move?

Apartment communities pay apartment locators a referral fee out of their marketing budget to help them find new residents. It is a portion of our referral fee that we use a client incentive. You have to find the apartment through us, allow us to register before you visit, then you must list Tracy Powell with UMoveFree apartment locators on your guest card and rental application.
 

What qualifications do I need to meet for the client incentive?

Find your apartment community using our service. You cannot have known about the property prior to. You have to find the apartment through us, allow us to register before your first visit, then you must list Tracy Powell with UMoveFree apartment locators on your guest card and rental application.
 

Is everything moved freely if I qualify for the no-cost move?

Our no-cost move package is inclusive. See our list of what we move for the best no-cost move package offered. Sometimes there are items that are not covered in the package and if so rates will apply. We strive to offer you a no-cost move.

You offer a client incentive does this affect the rent price, fees, and or specials offered by the apartment community?

Since apartment communities pay us out of their marketing budget there is no effect to your rent, fees, or specials. Properties use us as a marketing tool. What they offer is offered to everyone regardless of using a locator or not.
 

I have been approved at my new apartment so how do I set up my move?

Contact your apartment locator Tracy Powell at 214-432-4168 or 817-412-3345 and he will get your paperwork processed.
 

Do you move from anything other than apartments?

As long as you are qualify for a move when leasing a new apartment your items can be moved from a home, other apartment, or storage unit as long as they are in the metro area.
 

Do you move from city to city or only wihtin a city?

Moves are done with the Dallas and Fort Worth metro area and as long as both cities are within the metro area it is covered in the move.
 

What is the best time and how soon should I submit a move request?

You should complete necessary papework with your locator and submit a move request as soon as possible. There are no guarantees of time availability so the sooner your move request is in the better chance you have of getting the move date and time you want.
 

What days do you move on?

The moving company is available three hundred and sixty five days a year with exception to some holiday.
 

If I do not use your apartment locating service can I still get a move done through your contracted move company?

Our contracted movers work specifically for the apartment locating service.
 

Does having used your service or one similar disqualify me?

You can use our service as often as you like and we love referrals.
 

Will you move from different locations to one?

The movers can make additional stops at thirty dollars per location. The move is set up based on one location move to one other.
 

Do you provide my moving boxes and packaging material?

The packing of your personal items and the providing of the material to pack is not provided. You are expected to have all things properly packed or disassembled before the movers arrive.
 

How do I pay for items I need moved that are not included in the move package?

Once your move request is submitted you will receive a follow up call from the move coordinator. The move coodinator will answer any questions on payment type accepted and what would be due to the movers upon arrival.
 

I am transferring on property, does that qualify for the client incentive?

Transferring within in the same community or a sister community does not qualify for the client incentive.
 

I would rather have the cash rebate check so now what?

Contact your apartment locator Tracy Powell at 214-432-4168 or 817-412-3345 and upon paperwork completion you will be sent your email to claim the cash rebate.
 

When can I expect to receive the cash rebate?

We send your rebate check out of the referral fee we receive from your new apartment community. Communities, on average, will pay us eight to sixteen weeks after your move in date.
