Here are the steps!
1. Search Apartment Database / Agent Assistance
Simply search our database of over 3,400 DFW apartments to view a full listing of apartments that meet your criteria. You are able to view a complete statistical breakdown of the properties that include: pictures, floor plans, prices, amenities, mapping, and also their current specials or call me to get assistance from an experienced agent. 817-783-2433 / 214-614-5428.
2. Visit Properties/List Umovefree on Guest Card
After you have done your research, it is time to visit the DFW apartments that you are interested in. Call or email me and let me know where you will visit. Some properties require me to register you before you visit to ensure my credit as your locator. When you visit be sure to have the leasing agent or yourself write UmoveFree Apartment Locators and my name, Tracy Powell , on your guest card at each community as the referring agency and agent.
3. List Umovefree apartment locators on the Application
After selecting an apartment, insure your FREE move by writing UmoveFree Apartment Locators and Tracy Powell on the application and your lease agreement. Call me at 817-783-2433 / 214-614-5428 to report your lease details. I will then contact the community to confirm the referral and fax their staff a Lease Confirmation!
4. Confirm Lease
Once you have been approved for your Dallas or Fort Worth area apartment, the property will sign and fax me the Lease Confirmation. I will then email you a link, with a confirmation number attached, to go online and schedule the free move or claim the cash rebate.
5. Schedule Your Free Move or Claim your rebate !!
Read over the information, disclaimer, and what we move. Fill in required moving details and when complete, submit. My moving coordinator will contact you within 48 hours to verify your move time frame and date! Moves are scheduled in time frames, eight to noon, noon to four, and four to eight. If you are claiming the rebate then you will follow the link and verify your mailing address then submit. The rebate checks arrive an average of 4-8 weeks after your move in has been confirmed.
